Terms of Service
Effective Date: 22 June 2026
To use the FurretGuild Bot, you must agree to the following Terms.
These Terms apply only to the use of the ‘Official’ instance of the FurretGuild Bot (“FurretGuild”, “the Bot”). These terms may not apply to usage of the FurretGuild Project source code, or other (“Non-Official”) instances, modifications or derivatives of the FurretGuild Project.
1. Eligibility and Third-Party Terms
FurretGuild relies on third-party Instant-Messaging platforms and services (“Chat Platform”, “Platform”, “Platforms”), such as Discord, in order to be accessed.
Your use of the Bot must comply with the Terms of Service and Community Guidelines of the Platform you are using. If your chosen Platform’s Account, Server, or access is restricted, your access to FurretGuild or your game progress may also be affected. Links to the relevant Terms of Service and Guidelines are provided below:

You agree not to submit content that is offensive, abusive, illegal, harmful, or containing personal information or sensitive data. We may remove, rename, hide, reset, or restrict user-submitted content that violates these terms.
4. ‘Cross-Server’ Interactions
FurretGuild may include ‘Cross-Server’ multiplayer features such as PvP battles, leaderboards and shared dungeon instances. “Cross-Server” features are opt-in features which must be selected explicitly.
By using these multiplayer features on the Bot, you understand that:
- Other users may see your game profile, character names, actions, rankings, or public game activity, including players outside of your Server or Platform.

There is no guaranteed permanence. Game data may change due to updates, balancing, bugs, moderation, data loss, or service changes. We may modify, rebalance, reset, or remove game content when needed.
6. Donations
Donations to the FurretGuild project are handled externally by third-party providers. Refund requests should be handled according to the applicable payment platform’s policies. Donation incentives within the Bot are not guaranteed, and may change or be discontinued. Donations do not grant ownership of the FurretGuild Bot or its content.
